This is a 4 week offering for those trying to conceive; if your journey is enduring, you have experienced loss or if you are embarking on supported conception and seek space to calm your nervous system, nourish your mind and body and share and support others walking their own similar, but unique, path. 

This course creates space for breath, movement and profound relaxation supporting you to release stress and to learn techniques and practices to take with you once the sessions end. Each session spans roughly 90 minutes with time afterwards to drink tea and chat if one chooses to. 

Each week will be different allowing for techniques and practices to unfurl without rushing to give yourself the opportunity to sink into deep relaxation. We will blend breath work and gentle nourishing movements with journaling, meditation, yoga nidra and restorative yoga. 

We foster connections through sharing circles and through group messages (if you choose). 

The night will have drawn in before our sessions begin allowing us to practice in soft, sleep-inducing lighting, helping us to wind-down ready for a restorative night’s sleep. 

This includes a 30 minute call with me ideally a couple of weeks before we begin so I can better understand your experiences so far and wishes for the course in order to personalise sessions accordingly. 

The first gathering will be on 2nd November 7-8.30pm and we will meet fortnightly thereafter for 4 weeks. These will be held in our garden studio in Harborne. Back to Basics

Seven week course begins Thursday 5th January 7.30pm

Whether you are completely new to yoga or would like to recap the foundations of the practice, this seven week course is for you.

Over 7 hour-long practices we will explore elements of yoga philosophy and practise yogic breathing through a variety of techniques, we will focus on a range of postures that help to develop both strength and flexibility and will learn how to flow between postures using the breath.

Postures are taught in manageable chunks (adding more postures each week) providing modifications and variations to suit all abilities / energy levels.

This is a friendly and welcoming class where all are welcome. It is well attended by lovely local people so can also be a nice way to build your local community.
