This class gives you the chance to do something for you by bringing babe along to enjoy your yoga practice too!
Here’s what you can expect from the class:
A safe, nourishing space where you can come exactly as you are to relax, re-energise and feel supported
Sequences to build strength, particularly in those areas that have become weaker during pregnancy
Postures to protect against or release discomfort from the repetitive movements of ‘mum life’
Dedicated time to breathe, move, relax and bond with baby
Connect with other new mums
Suitable for beginners or experienced yogis, from 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal births and caesarian section births or once you have had the all clear to exercise from your GP or women’s health expert.
This class is suitable for babes who are pre-crawling.
Friday 21st Nov – New Moon Sound Experience
Join Manoj for a monthly session of sound. Using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and much more, a symphony of sound will be created for you to find space and healing, away from the stresses of day to day life.
The new moon phase builds strength and intensity. It provides us with a perfect time to set clear intentions, clear goals and identify projects for the next weeks ahead.
Friday 12th Dec – Winter Reset Sound Experience
Join Manoj for a festive celebration through the medium of sound. Give yourself the gift of restoration, peace and rejuvenation to reflect upon the year, and look forward to 2026.
Every sound experience is unique and each person’s experience will be varied, as sound is a mode of meditation through the mind becoming quiet, you may find that this is a welcome opportunity for inspirations, new ideas or breakthroughs to come to you in this session. The sounds will help the brain, the delta and theta brain wave states reach a deep state of relaxation.
Using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and much more, a symphony of sound will be created for you to find space and healing, away from the stresses this period may bring.
Tea and homemade cake will be available.
Tap out of the frenzy of the festive season this winter solstice with a two hour candlelit retreat to clear your mind, rest and restore ahead of the big day!
We’ll begin with a restorative yoga practice to help you wind down before an extended yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra means ‘sleep yoga’ and is sometimes referred to as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). It allows the body to take deep rest while the mind is guided, leaving you feeling rejuvenated & restored.
We’ll end with a glass of bubbles (non alcoholic alternatives available) and a mince pie to toast the season!
Join Sarah (The Mummy PT) and Abi (Yoga Hart) for some time for you. This workshop is designed for Mum’s who want a few hours me-time to focus on physical and emotional wellbeing in pregnancy and postpartum.
Start the morning with a 60 minute pre/post-natal specific resistance band workout with Sarah focussing on core and pelvic floor strength.
Followed by a 60 minute pre / postnatal specific yoga session with Abi to stretch out & de-stress with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra to end the practise.
Finally, enjoy time to connect, catch up, share over refreshments.
At the end of our last retreat, one guest said she felt ‘so chilled but also powerful!
Seven week course
Whether you are completely new to yoga or would like to recap the foundations of the practice, this seven week course is for you.
Over 7 hour-long practices we will explore elements of yoga philosophy and practise yogic breathing through a variety of techniques, we will focus on a range of postures that help to develop both strength and flexibility and will learn how to flow between postures using the breath.
Postures are taught in manageable chunks (adding more postures each week) providing modifications and variations to suit all abilities / energy levels.
Benefits reported by previous participants include: improved strength and flexibility, greater peace of mind, lift in mood, feeling of calm and improved sleep.
This is a friendly and welcoming class where all are welcome. It is well attended by lovely local people so can also be a nice way to build your local community.

This two hour workshop is for parents, grandparents, carers who wish to learn how to deliver first aid safely to the little person / people in their lives.
Covering CPR, choking, bleeding, bumps to the head, broken bones, febrile seizures and meningitis & sepsis awareness.
